Welcome to Aurelia Healthcare Consulting & Administration LLC (“Aurelia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://www.aureliahealthcareconsulting.com/ (the “Site”), and any professional advisory services, sessions, or materials provided by us.
By accessing the Site or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. Professional Advisory Capacity
Aurelia provides strategic, operational, and administrative healthcare consulting services. Our services, including the Strategic Efficiency Session and Aurelia Operational Audit™, are intended for informational and advisory purposes only. While we bring 21+ years of federal and civilian expertise, our advice does not constitute legal, medical, or formal financial auditing advice. Clients are encouraged to consult with their own legal counsel regarding specific regulatory compliance matters.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to the “Aurelia Operational Audit™” methodology, logos, designs, text, graphics, and custom frameworks, is the property of Aurelia Healthcare Consulting & Administration LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without express written consent.
3. Engagement and Payment
Engagement for specific consulting packages (Intensives, Partnerships, etc.) is governed by a separate professional services agreement. For the Strategic Efficiency Session, payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a forfeiture of the session fee.
4. Crediting Policy
For the Strategic Efficiency Session ($950), the full investment will be credited toward any larger Aurelia consulting project (e.g., Operational Audit or Intensive) initiated within 14 days of the session date. After 14 days, the credit expires.
5. Confidentiality
Given our background in security-cleared federal environments, we maintain the highest standards of confidentiality. We will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information regarding your organization to third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to perform the services requested.
6. Limitation of Liability
Aurelia Healthcare Consulting & Administration LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our advice, frameworks, or SOPs. Implementation of our recommendations is at the sole discretion of the client’s leadership team.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aurelia Healthcare Consulting & Administration LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site or our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
